Everyone at Ray McElfish Tree Specialists were professional and caring during a difficult situation. A large tree came down in a windstorm and hit our condo building and it was critical to get the tree down in order to start our other repairs. received estimate about a week prior to work, weather conditions delayed the start of work , but Mcelfish kept in contact with us up until time they could do the work. They did all that they promised, cut many large limbs some over neighbors yards when I got home from work they were done you could not tell they had been in my yard except for the saw marks in the trees.

Called them on Wens morning, they came and gave estimate that afternoon. The came back on the next day and did the work. Everything went well. Very polite and professional. Did the job just as we wanted.

Before going with tree specialist I had got several different estimates from various companies and no other customer service compared to this company, I won't mention names but the other companies I dealt with didn't get back to me and had very poor customer service. Before they even started the job Shannon, the owner, introduced all of her crew and made me feel very comfortable to have her crew on my property. Everyone was super helpful and professional. I had two huge trees that needed to go down between my house and my garage that I was very concerned about but Shannon assured me there would be no problem. The mess was huge but the crew cleaned it up perfectly and I was very impressed. I would recommended this company to everyone. Jansen Mcelfish was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. His team was great - they were on time, very friendly, professional and very hard working. They did a great job. Shannon came out and gave me an estimate and was very knowledgeable and gave me advice to keep one of my trees. The price was very fair and they were quick. Very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them.
